#Warrant | Address searched in Belper following intelligence about drug dealing

Officers from the Amber Valley Safer Neighbourhood Team executed a warrant at a property in Belper following intelligence relating to drug dealing.

A 40 year old woman has been arrested on suspicion of:
• Being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs

She remains in police custody while enquiries continue.

PC Chambers, who is leading the investigation, said:
“Drugs cause significant harm to individuals, families, and neighbourhoods. Today’s warrant demonstrates our determination to disrupt criminal activity and keep our community safe. We encourage residents to continue reporting concerns to us.”
